Our approach to condominium and homeowner association management is to provide an efficient means to establish goals and objectives for the Association as it provides services related to day to day operations, following the policies set by the governing documents and Board. We do this in a manner that provides services to your members in a style that reflects your Association's individuality and provides conservation of the Board's personal time.

Our background and experience with community associations is extensive including service as a member of a board of managers, leadership in the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, and as a city council member.

Your association may also elect to have financial aspects managed by a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years experience in guidance to associations, statement preparation, auditing and budgeting.

We believe in a hands on approach and services to associations are largely performed by company principals. Because of this approach, we only provide our services to a limited number of Associations with selected building types and amenities in the northeastern Ohio area. 

Maintaining a relationship of integrity is of the utmost importance.   All Association funds are held in exclusive Association accounts at your financial institution and not comingled with other entities. Routine maintenance services are provided through Association approved independent contractors not affiliated with Association management.
